Welcome to this stop on the Authors in Bloom Blog Hop! I’m giving away a gift to 2 lucky winners who visit ~ a pair of earrings and an e-copy of one of the Perfectly Series books. This is finished and Belinda C. and Kim L. are the winners!!

Gardening Tip ~ crush egg shells and scatter them around plants susceptible to snails or slugs. The little critters won’t be able to climb on the leaves 😀

Recipe ~ I always associate spring with salad. Here are the recipes for my versatile salad dressings. I throw together spinach, dried cranberries or cherries, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, feta cheese, and one of these delicious dressings. They’re also wonderful on potato salad and roasted vegetables. Bon appetit!

Spring Dressing: 4 Tbsp olive oil, 1 Tbsp red wine vinegar, 1 tsp grainy mustard, 1 tsp honey, 1 tsp lemon juice.

Apple Butter Dressing: 4 Tbsp olive oil, 1 Tbsp white wine vinegar, 1 Tbsp apple butter
